REMOTE STREAMING FROM THE LOWER CHAMBERS: Mesa City Council Study Session @ 07:30 am Thu 05.06.2021

Another fast slide-through in a charade dribble-drabble of "Death-by-Power-Point". By now the supporting cast of characters in "The Brady Bunch"  know how to play their parts or they get  interrupted by the city manager to explain some qualifiers when they get off-script.
THERE IS NO WAY NO HOW that what has been presented so far can be called as what they want you to agree is "The Final Budget Wrap-Up" - it's an incomplete bundle that none of the six councilmembers can unpack even if they knew the right questions to ask!
Then again there has been no independent or objective financial analysis or public engagement, oversight or public participation.
COMPENSATION INCREASES FOR CITY EMPLOYEES????????????????????????????????????????
