 Graham Allison is the Douglas Dillon Professor of Government at Harvard University. He was the founding dean of Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government, served as an assistant secretary of defence in the Clinton administration, and is author of the 2017 book Destined for War: Can America and China Escape Thucydides’s Trap?
