Rutte Challenges NATO Members Over Ukraine Funding Commitment

Mark Rutte was in Ukraine and he has addressed the Ukrainian Parliament.

He has stressed the fact that money is needed for the PURL Program and has even criticised some NATO members.

He has also outlined the three layers of guarantees for Ukraine which are currently under discussions.
Zelensky has also urged Ukraine’s partners to send some of their stockpiles to Ukraine as Ukraine needs interceptors for it’s air defence systems.

Donald Trump has stated the dates of the “energy truce” in Ukraine, which was from the 25th of January up until the 1st of February.
