Airport development projects may not be funded with the grant unless a subsequent agreement with the FAA authorizes the use of the funds for this purpose.
By accepting the Grant, the City agrees to continue to employ, through December 31, 2020, at least 90 percent of the total number of individuals employed at the airport as of March 27, 2020. In addition, the City must provide quarterly reports to the FAA which identify the number of employees during each reporting period.

WHY WORRY? Coronavirus Dispatch: Infection inside the White House

The novel coronavirus has penetrated the president’s inner circle last week after one of President Trump’s personal valets and Katie Miller, Vice President Pence’s press secretary and the wife of White House adviser Stephen Miller, both tested positive for Covid-19.
This prompted Trump and Pence to limit their in-person contact in recent days and Dr. Stephen Hahn to enter self-quarantine after exposure to Miller.

3 Hours + 20 Minutes: STUDY SESSION Remote Zoom Multi-Screen TeleConference From The Lower Chambers Mesa City Council

There was a lot "on the table" for Thursday's early morning study session in the Lower Chambers that has been closed to the public to decrease the risk of COVID-19 exposure - but please note than none of the salaried full-time city officials are wearing any facial masks or protection from transmissions.
_________________________________________________________________
Nonetheless, these more than three hours of a streaming video are certainly an opportunity for the general public to watch-and-listen to some of the city leaders who are talking heads on-screen from their "work-at-home" safety.
Also pay attention to what the mayor and the other six city Council members have for their talking-points over the course of three hours and through three presentations
Pay attention to the opening 17 minutes if you have a short attention span. . .
Opening remarks by City Manager Chris Brady and City Attorney Jim Smith
