Mesa City Council: Engaged Residents & Effective Government

There's a whole lotta Lip-Service over this subject on the official city webpage for the Mesa City Council and it goes like this: "The Mesa City Council believes that its people, not leaders, are what makes a City great and actively works to encourage citizen participation in the decision-making process. Whether it is through neighborhood meetings, advisory boards and committees, telephone calls and letters, or email, the Mesa City Council sets policies based on the input and needs of its citizens. . . Here's a run-down of all the videos of Mesa City Council Meetings uploaded to YouTube from the city-owned and taxpayer-financed Mesa Channel for the last four months  starting in June 2018. Please note the frequency of those meetings and study sessions lasting one hour or more . . . you can also do some quick views and actually see how many residents take the time to show up by noticing all the empty seats. No need to tell you more about ENGAGED RESIDENTS.
