Leading up to NSF's Starship Flight 13 launch broadcast, NSF will go live with over six hours of commentary as we stakeout Starship's 13th flight. We will answer questions, observe the ongoing activity at Starbase, and provide you with everything you need to know for Starship Flight 13.
Launch Window: July 16th at 5:45PM to 7:15PM CDT (22:45-00:15 UTC) Current T0: July 16th at 5:45PM CDT (22:45 UTC) Mission: Starship's 13th integrated flight test. Correcting issues from version 3's debut flight. Launch location: Pad 2, Starbase, Earth. Target orbit: Trans-atmospheric Booster: B20-1 Ship: S40-1 Booster recovery: Expended - will attempt a water splashdown, no recovery. Ship recovery: Expended - will attempt a water splashdown, no recovery. Rocket trajectory: Southeast passing between Cuba and the Yucatan Peninsula. Payload onboard: 20 Starlink v3 satellites, 6 of them fitted with a suite of cameras for heatshield inspection. Payload mass: ~34 metric tons Stats:
