District 3 Rep Ryan Winkle is back and District 2 Rep Mark Freeman is excused/out-of-town.
Question: Does Mesa Mayor John Giles appear to have read all the agenda items and why does he choose to mention only a few while making offhand comments about "bingo" when someone states that approval is required by law?
