Peraton announced on February 7 that it has secured the $2.8 billion Special Operations Forces IT Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations & Maintenance (EOM) task order to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), deployed forces, CIO/J6, and end-users with high-quality IT platform and network services over an eight-year period.

“We are honored to enable this critical national security program with Peraton’s extensive cyber and IT capabilities,” said Stu Shea, chairman, president, CEO, Peraton. “The team is already leaning forward to execute this work to help the Special Operations Forces’ IT enterprise mitigate threats, provide a continuum of support, and enhance our nation’s competitive advantage against adversaries.”

The breadth of this contract represents 70,000+ users worldwide across the Special Operations Forces (SOF) Information Environment (SIE) networks, systems, storage, tools, data, computing, print, and AV/VTC resources. This contract is instrumental in support of unique SOF end-user requirements (i.e., Joint, Global, Multi Domain, and Partnered).

“Building on our existing knowledge of the customer projects, Peraton is honored to bring its world-class team of experienced and talented business partners to support the USSOCOM mission,” said Tarik Reyes, president, defense mission and health solutions sector. “We welcome the opportunity to exceed each mission requirement, which plays a pivotal role to USSOCOM Headquarters, Component Commands, TSOCs, deployed forces, CIO/J6, and end-users.”
