"It's not about the rover, but about additional plans, net involvement to finance the needs of the budget," – said Kateryna Rozhkova.
"Given the growing needs of the budget due to the protracted war, Ukraine is making requests to partners to increase funding. – said Lushny. – But our country has to go its own way and contribute to the common basket."
