This afternoon City Clerk DeeAnn Mickelson officially swore in to office Councilmember Jen Duff, Vice Mayor David Luna and Councilmember Kevin Thompson to their new terms on the Mesa City Council. Tomorrow night, the three of them along with Councilmember Francisco Heredia, who was sworn in to the District 3 seat in November, will take part in the Swearing-In Celebration at the Mesa Arts Center.
