' APPROVED' MINUTES ' ?? It's a rare thing for anyone to point out that there are ever any mistakes or errors in these documents that are signed and attested to by Mayor John Giles submitted by City Clerk Dee Ann Mickelson... that's a time-honored tradition but wouldn't an official transcript be more accurate without any filter whatsoever?
