1-Day Advance Notice + Zero Records Provided: Mesa City Council "Study Session" Tuesday, 14 April 2020

Call it "government by the-seat-of-pants" ???
or what?
How can anything worthy of trust in our elected government be gained by absolutely no details available to the public ahead of time for the responses and impacts of the COVID-19 on the City of Mesa when that is the minimum requirement - with zero records provided!
A government cannot be effective, transparent or accountable when public participation and involvement in the decision-making processes is handicapped and stifled by the failure to provide data-driven reliable and valid public information that can be accessed easily without any more barriers or hurdles or circles to jump through.
