Not much to say to start off, but how about if Hizzoner does he remote transmissions with a different background that's not so "personal"? From the "study session" no one has any comments or requests to hear, discuss or provide guidance on any of the items on the 15 pages of the regular meeting's agenda. However, "the news" is that the federal CARES program have arrived, the tens-of-millions dollar amounts are not disclosed and neither is a plan for the spending. City Manager Chris Brady sent out what he called 'brief statements' a couple of hours earlier.
