One BIG ISSUE goes back to the 2106 General Election when taxpayers overwhelmingly rejected a ballot item for a proposal that would have forced you to pay more transaction and sales taxes. There's no change in the 2016 plans to try to do the entire thing that taxpayers rejected - City Manager Chris Brady wants to hit you up hiking fees/charges for city utilities to finance schemes to profit private developers on the backs of taxpayers. Do you get that??????????????
