There was a Study Session on September 5th.
If you weren't there in-person at 7:30 a.m. - when very few members of the public take the time to be there - or viewed the study session streamed in real time when very few ever view the simultaneous transmissions, the public as a whole has been deprived of the right-to-know what our elected government is doing.
Marked "available" but they're not . . . Huh?
