This plat was included in the preliminary plat for “Destination at Gateway”, that was approved by the Planning and Zoning Board on February 20, 2019. The preliminary plat was approved with 709 lots to be developed in phases. This represents the first phase and will establish a plat for 278 single residence lots. There have been no revisions to the subdivision design affecting the area in Phase 1, following preliminary plat approval
